We placed this order on August 12th based on a 30-working day delivery and the items being in stock. On the 16th of September (30 working days) we enquired and were told that the chairs were in production. This was the time that we expected to be advised of a delivery date.On the 17th October you told us the chairs were in production.On the 10th November you confirmed to us that the chairs would be delivered to you ‘this week’We sent a further three emails enquiring about this with no response.On on the morning of the 27th November we registered formal complaints with both the Italian Embassy and our Bank and provided them with the relevant emails.On the 27th November at 23.30 we are told that the chairs are in production and would be completed ‘next week’It is very hard to believe that eight chairs cannot be produced between 12th August and sometime ‘next week’, It seems suspiciously coincidental that they would respond to enquiries for the first time since the 10th November on the same day.On the 12th December you told us that the chairs had arrived and were being prepared for shipment.Our order arrived today 23rd December - no email, noshipping notice, no tracking number just a call from a courrier asking if we were home.
