Avoid to order with Arredatutto !!!

After an order placed the 5th of January 2025, I cancelled it the 23rd of March 2025 because product was not available. Every week I do a reminder to get the refund of my order, 964 CHF. I had some hope in early December after a conversation with Alessandro, but since then I haven't heard anything and it's impossible to get a response by email or phone.I am patient since one year and now I don't know what to do to get this issue solved, complaint to Italian police?I strongly advise against ordering from this site.

Instead of receiving my product quickly, I faced a delay that pushed the estimated date from late July to 'mid-September,' and finally to 'mid-November'—a failure rate of over four months compared to the original promise.2. Systemic Incompetence and False ExcusesThe communication breakdown was immediate and relentless. The company repeatedly failed to provide promised updates. They used weak excuses, including citing a 'hacker attack' in October, but their systemic failure and broken promises began months earlier. This shows gross incompetence and a fundamental disrespect for customer commitments.3. Active Fraudulent Stalling on RefundWhen I formally demanded a full refund, I provided my banking details multiple times across several emails. The ultimate proof of their incompetence or malice came on October 28th, when their representative responded by asking me to 'please send us your bank details' again. This is not simple error; it is a deliberate tactic to stall and evade processing the refund.4. Deceptive Payment Method WarningCrucial Warning: This company actively pushes customers to pay via bank transfer. This is a highly suspect practice, as paying this way severely limits your ability to recover your money when they fail to deliver. I believe this is a deliberate tactic to shield them from chargebacks.Conclusion: Legal Action Was RequiredBecause Arredatutto.com utterly failed to process the refund by the deadline, I was forced to initiate legal proceedings to recover the funds. This company is a disaster from start to finish. Do not trust them with your money. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

After I ordered they told me the delivery would take over a month. Fortunately, I chose the 'premium' option so I was able to cancel the order without a cancellation fee.Or so I thought. At first, they ignored me for weeks. Then when they finally replied, they told me I had to pay a fee. I just accepted because I wanted my money back. But then they ignored me again. I never got my money back.This isn't just bad service, it's scam.

Stay clear of this company. They seem ok at first, answering their customer service - but when things go wrong they stop answering.I ordered a Bertazzoni oven, and they sent me the wrong accessory I need for the grill. The oven was more than €7000 - and I have emailed their Cs several times explaining the problem, they did not send me the product I ordered. They answered my first email, but now they have stopped answering. It has been more than 1 month.I will never order from Arredatutto again.

Plan for the delivery to take 4.5 months

We placed this order on August 12th based on a 30-working day delivery and the items being in stock. On the 16th of September (30 working days) we enquired and were told that the chairs were in production. This was the time that we expected to be advised of a delivery date.On the 17th October you told us the chairs were in production.On the 10th November you confirmed to us that the chairs would be delivered to you ‘this week’We sent a further three emails enquiring about this with no response.On on the morning of the 27th November we registered formal complaints with both the Italian Embassy and our Bank and provided them with the relevant emails.On the 27th November at 23.30 we are told that the chairs are in production and would be completed ‘next week’It is very hard to believe that eight chairs cannot be produced between 12th August and sometime ‘next week’, It seems suspiciously coincidental that they would respond to enquiries for the first time since the 10th November on the same day.On the 12th December you told us that the chairs had arrived and were being prepared for shipment.Our order arrived today 23rd December - no email, noshipping notice, no tracking number just a call from a courrier asking if we were home.

Only after repeatedly contacting them did I receive vague replies – but never a clear shipping date or courier name.Here’s the real trap:They never told me they would refund only part of my money – but if you make the mistake of sending them your IBAN, they will only refund half the amount, based on terms buried in their website.They don’t warn you, they don’t negotiate – they simply keep 50% of your money once you ask for a refund. That’s how they operate: fake orders they never fulfill, then trick customers into partial refunds under the cover of fine print.⚠️ Avoid arredatutto.com at all costs.
