I have ordered a coffee table. At the time when order was placed the 15 days delivery time was announced. Then I was informed that the delivery of the table will be delayed and I agreed to wait until the end of April (65 days after order being placed). During this long awaiting time the price of the table was lowered by about 16%. My table arrived at the end after 80 days after order being placed. I have had a right to cancel the order due to further delays and placing the order again at new, lower price, but was honest enough and I did not do that. The Arredatutto refused to compensate the price difference offering me worse price conditions then they offered to new customers when my order was still in progress and delayed more than we agreed.I am not satisfied with their after sale approach and I would not return to this store and do not recommend Arredattuto to other buyers.
