If I could, I would give zero stars! I specifically stayed home for this delivery on two occasions, even taking time off work. I watched out the window for them; they promised to call 30 minutes before arrival, but that never happened. Twice they claimed they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home... which was false. I attempted to reach customer support four times via online chat with no response, even after waiting 45 minutes. When I called their customer service line, I was told I was 69th in the queue and held for two hours before getting cut off. The second time I called, I found myself 92nd in line, realizing it would be a waste of time. In summary, they are unreliable and there's no one to address delivery concerns.
