Extremely disappointed with the delivery service.

If I could, I would rate this service with zero stars! I specifically waited for this delivery on two separate occasions, even taking time off work. I kept an eye on the window, as they promised to call 30 minutes before arriving, but that never happened. Twice, they claimed they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home, which was untrue. I attempted to reach customer support four times through their online chat, but received no response even after waiting for 45 minutes. When I called their customer service number, I was told I was 69th in the queue and ended up holding for two hours before getting disconnected. The second time I called, I found myself 92nd in line, realizing it would be pointless. In summary, this service is unreliable, and there's no one available to discuss any delivery issues.

Not a company I would recommend.

Not a company I would recommend. We scheduled them to collect and deliver our old bed to a recycling center. Despite three notifications about the timing, they did not show up and offered no explanation. They are hard to contact, don't respond to web chat, and ignore phone calls. We had to reschedule collection. They arrived this time but claimed they were subcontractors with no interest in the job. We had paid extra for collection from the room of our choice, yet they only took the mattress downstairs and refused to take the divan base, saying it wouldn't fit down. They left it upstairs and hurried off. My husband, who is 78, managed to get the divan base down himself. No one has replied to my messages regarding this. The service was poor and the company unhelpful.

Unacceptable service, waited a week...

Unacceptable service; I waited an entire week for my appliance to be delivered. I received a call saying they were 20 minutes away, only to get another call an hour later saying they couldn't deliver due to traffic. Then I received a text message to reschedule, and the only available slot is three weeks away!

Terrible service - missed collection.

Terrible service. I had a collection scheduled today for a Washer Dryer mistakenly sent by the seller. They informed me of a late afternoon pickup using a large truck when a smaller vehicle was needed. I contacted them on the day about a width restriction and offered to load the Washer Dryer into my car for easier access. The agent said she would inform the driver, but it was ultimately his choice. I spent a lot of time preparing the return from a first-floor flat. Later, I received a text saying I canceled the return, which I hadn't, and they weren't coming. Their tracking indicated an attempted delivery. I contacted the seller, and they said they would reschedule for Monday. I later received a message from the service stating to rebook the pickup, but they can't come for another week. Very disappointed with their service.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

They have two beds worth £1200 that were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, but I still haven't received confirmation. They misled me several times, saying they would deliver soon, then claimed they didn't have the goods. Utterly SHOCKING! I spent all day trying to communicate on WhatsApp, and after initially responding quickly, they later claimed my message had expired due to high demand. They failed to answer my detailed questions. When I followed up, they informed me that one bed was still waiting to be sent to them, ignoring my query about the other bed. I requested clear information about both beds and their expected delivery days. They responded with vague information and a phone number that went unanswered. These people do not know what they are doing.

Lack of communication, but they delivered in the end.

They gave me a delivery slot but didn't deliver, instead tracking it as delivered. I later found out they were delivering pillows instead of the mattress I ordered. I tried to reach out but found no one available on the phone or social media. Eventually, I managed to schedule a new delivery and was surprised to find they delivered both the mattress and pillows, so I’m giving more stars, but their communication still needs improvement.
