I kept an eye on the window, as they promised to call 30 minutes before arriving, but that never happened. Twice, they claimed they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home, which was untrue. I attempted to reach customer support four times through their online chat, but received no response even after waiting for 45 minutes. When I called their customer service number, I was told I was 69th in the queue and ended up holding for two hours before getting disconnected. The second time I called, I found myself 92nd in line, realizing it would be pointless. In summary, this service is unreliable, and there's no one available to discuss any delivery issues.
