The installer was extremely knowledgeable about the chair lift and very instructive to his young assistant. He gave clear instructions regarding operating the lift.The sales rep was also very knowledgeable and clear in presenting options for my future use and purchase. He understood my situation.However, I had to call three times regarding installation date and time. No one called me. Unfortunately, the installer arrived earlier than I was told just that morning. Fortunately, he waited in the driveway for my return. Scheduling needs to be improved. Why did not someone schedule me from the beginning? Why did I have to make all of the phone calls? The installer upgraded the padded seat and back which I appreciated. However, my oak bottom wooden step was badly scratched during the installation process. Someone is arriving tomorrow to tell me how to fix the damage. I have taken good care of this house including the wooden areas. The stair step was not damaged prior to the installation. In
