Less than 1. They refused to deliver my washing machine bc the delivery man didn’t want to carry it and apparently his truck is too big to drive through Glasgow. Absolute joke of a company. There is no way to complain or talk to anyone to rearrange delivery, driver said his office is happy for him to cancel my order and it will just depend on when they can arrange a re delivery but they couldn’t tell me when or how they would arrange this and refused to give me a number or contact information for this redelivery this all while he was parked on my street.
