Delivery was on time, I was kept informed through the whole process. The delivery men was very helpful and polite.
Even had a phone call from them letting me know that they're would arrive in 20 minutes.
Great service and delivery I was keep updated throughout my delivery with a phone to say 30 minutes and driver will be at my address very polite delivery guys extremely happy with everything highly recommend
Very early on i was told when delivery would take place . The day before the time slot was narrowed to a specific band in mid afternoon. Progress was almost up to the point when delivery was actually made by polite gentleman. Brilliantly organised.
Excellent service in which i was kept updated will regular communication, the collection driver made contact via phone to give an estimated time of arrival and gather some further information. On arrival the two man collection team were polite and jovial, extremely professional service from the genuine and likeable team.
Firstly ArrowXL arranged a time for our delivery on 23rd, between 1pm and 3pm, then on the day of delivery, they cancelled their delivery due to there van had broken down in the yard. With no mention to say we will deliver the item in another van! 24th came with no information to say weather it was been delivered or not. As 1pm they phoned to say they would deliver today. Once arrived. The delivery person, was stood and he dropped my new 65in tv on the floor. Not very good service, would have been better to transfer my new tv by trolly. Not even signing for my new tv, I would not recommend ARROWXL for your deliveries, and I think Very need to get a new Currier service, because Arrow are really unprofessional, and sloppy and don't care about your items.
Rude delivery drivers.
No call before delivery as stated in all correspondence.
Delivery drivers would not wait 5 minutes for us to turn up to property.
Just left the order on the footpath.

Did everything we expected & more. Delivery, recycling of old product & installation of new appliance. Kept us informed on Delivery schedule. Delivery crew very respectful of property & very helpful. Very reassuring to myself as I'm a wheelchair user.
The men who delivered my goods were friendly enough...however, I was quite displeased with the fact I had paid for my washing machine to be;- what I thought was, disconnecting the old washing machine and taking it away, then connect my new washing machine...this was not the case at all, so I was left with my old washing machine still connected and my new one still in it's packaging. Extremely inconvenient at 7.30am.
Thankfully, I know how to do all of this myself, so all is well this time. It would be very useful to know that we are responsible for disconnecting white goods ourselves before our goods are delivered.
Poor service in that respect. Only 3 stars can be given - if I had been disabled or elderly, this would have been very distressing.
Most horrible experience of customer service with delivery notifications that were never met.
Almost 20 days late for the delivery.
kept saying every 2 days they would deliver from 05 / 12 /2026 to 24/12/2026.
Now, as soon as I see their name on the delivery from Amazon, I cancel immediately.
The terms and conditions mentioned that they will be taking off the packaging, yet they simply left it at the place.. upon questioning whether they are leaving the fridge with front or back, I was told we only deliver we don't know if it is front or back.
