I’ve had nothing but trouble with this company- tried for 3 weeks on the run to return something to Very and was offered arrow XL return, kept getting emails saying they would collect next day at a certain time-they never came and that’s only the start. My cat food order from Amazon was being delivered by them for first time instead of Royal Mail. Got the usual email stating they was delivering between certain times the next day. Cat food never arrived, so much so that I had to go and buy cat food from the shops. Unreliable company very hit and miss service and everytime I see that a company is using them as a delivery service I want to cancel my orders.
