Caution advised! This service was recommended to replace a 40-gallon natural gas water heater. The technician quoted me $1,900, which is double the labor cost compared to the water heater itself priced at $629. All my water heater needed was the pilot to be reignited, and it’s functioning perfectly now. The prices are outrageous, and it's disappointing that this service was endorsed.
