I spent 10 hours waiting for them to arrive on two different days, and there was no communication or explanation! After the second instance, I called to express my frustration and mentioned I would never use their services again. Their response was that someone would call me to explain... but it's far too late for that! They wasted more time than I should have permitted. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Believe me, you don't want to waste your time with this service.
I believed this service must be reputable since well-known retailers use them for HVAC. However, my list of negative experiences only grew. Interacting with them became so frustrating that I felt compelled to cancel my contract. I've never canceled a contract before, but their inadequate business practices, like installing without a permit, pushed me to this point. After obtaining the permit, they discovered that my entire crawlspace needed excavation, which they arranged without informing me. This required removing my floor. They promised same-day installation, but it took 3 days. They took out my working AC on a hot Thursday and assured me that the new unit would be installed the next day. Instead, the installers left on Friday, leaving us without AC until Monday night in sweltering heat. The owner reached out to apologize and promised a price reduction/credit on my loan, along with a check for $555 if I gave them another chance. I should have trusted my instincts. I let him persuade me to continue with the installation, but I never received the promised credit. This occurred 3 months ago, and I've called them 5 times without any callbacks. Additionally, don't expect after-hours service if you face an emergency. When the new thermostat they installed malfunctioned after a power flicker, I called for help. I was informed that they don't provide after-hours service but could send someone the next day, despite it being 20 degrees outside that night. I regret not canceling and choosing another company. I cannot recommend this service and am considering legal action to recover what was promised. After posting a review, I finally received the $555 check, but there's still no update on the $3000 credit to my account. Now that they have my money, they won’t respond. I received numerous calls when I wanted to cancel, but now, with my payment secured, they are unresponsive. Thankfully, I have everything documented, so hopefully, I can hold them accountable in court.

The technician quoted me $1,900, which is double the labor cost compared to the water heater itself priced at $629. All my water heater needed was the pilot to be reignited, and it’s functioning perfectly now. The prices are outrageous, and it's disappointing that this service was endorsed.

Exceptional employee. I felt anxious about replacing my hot water heater. He calmed my nerves by thoroughly explaining everything he was doing and worked diligently. He was incredibly friendly and professional. I have been a customer for 15 years and have never had any issues with the service or its staff. He certainly met my expectations.
They were expected to arrive at my home around 5 PM, and I received several texts confirming this. However, the technician never showed up and there was no communication about a delay. I left my house around 6:45 PM. When I called the next day, although I was frustrated, I wanted to reschedule for Saturday. The representative informed me that there were no slots available. A simple call to inform me of the cancellation would have been appreciated.
This service first failed to send someone to my home at the promised time. Then, when they provided an estimate, it was thousands of dollars, more than double two other quotes. Be cautious with this service; they seem intent on overcharging customers.
Contacted the service yesterday, was quoted $80 for a service call. My tankless water heater wasn’t heating and displayed Code 11. They arrived, turned it on, and confirmed it was working. However, they charged me a consultant fee of $150. Shortly after they left, the tank started flashing Code 11 again. Update: They reached out, sent a technician the next day, and resolved the issue. He was thorough, and I’m pleased with how quickly they fixed the problem. I would consider using them again.
I have a leaking water heater. I was referred to this service by a retailer. They set an appointment for Friday (9/19) from 6-8 PM. Around 7, I was informed that they do not handle after-hours appointments. Then, they rescheduled for Sunday (9/21) from 1-4 PM, but I received a text around 2 stating my appointment was moved to Monday. I called and was told there was a scheduling error and it was reset for Sunday. An hour later, I was informed that they do not do plumbing appointments on Sundays. Is there any organization in their scheduling?
