I placed an order on the 1st of December expecting to receive my item by the 9th for a Christmas event on the 10th, but I have yet to receive it. I am requesting a refund since it won't arrive on time. I appreciate my team, but the lack of communication and shipping delays are frustrating. It's now almost five working days, and I still don't have a tracking number. No thanks.
