I placed an order on December 1st to receive my item by December 9th for a Christmas party on the 10th, but I still haven't received it. I want a refund since it won't arrive in time. I appreciate my team, but the lack of communication and delivery delays are frustrating. It's unacceptable that I can't even get a tracking number. By Monday, it will be 5 working days, and counting the day I ordered, it will be 6. This is disappointing.
