Poor partner, wrong item, unclear serviceLaptop ordered for almost 3000 EUR.No tracking number sent by Art & Craft.DPD left a note without package information number or pickup date.Partner DPD misinformed me when it will be dropped at pickup point. I had to pay to get the incorrect information about my package on the phone (0.3 EUR per minute which is outrageous)Next day pickup, wrong laptop.Brought back laptop (personally to physical store, as NO phone number to be found), it turns out the one I ordered does not exist.Ordered a cheaper one by 250 EUR.Today, I receive a second invoice of 2500 EUR instead a credit and a proof of payment.That no commercial intervention was offered for the inconvenience, is just the cherry on the cake.Very disappointing service. I am not sure that I will be back.On Bol.com, these type of issues are solved in minutes. If you do online sales, you need to have a phone number. People don't have time to go back and forth via email to run after their own money.The salesperson in the store was nice and the location was neat, so a real shame for the lack of aftersales.INVOICE NUMBER 22126517 SO THAT IT DOES NOT GET REMOVED AGAIN! Instead of removing reviews don't make such mistakes. I should have forced you via legal means and consumer protections laws to deliver the original laptop at the original price! We have exchanged a dozen emails so not finding my order is not credible. Even though the issue is now resolved, the one star remains for the totality of the experience, including that in the end the company did not take responsibility and basically forced me to order a cheaper laptop or keep the one without the OLED screen.
