I ordered a 48-inch TV on January 7, 2026. It was supposed to ship the next day, but the delivery was delayed due to weather issues. The shipping service finally picked up the item on January 10, but by the night of January 12, I still hadn't received any updates about my delivery. I also emailed the customer support team this morning and have not gotten a reply. This lack of communication and the ongoing delay is unacceptable. I need an immediate update on the status of my order.
