I bought a beautiful piece of wall art as a gift for my wife on 08/25/25. While the artwork is truly gorgeous, the experience after the purchase has been extremely frustrating. Nearly five months later (today is 01/13/26), a simple administrative error remains unresolved. My shipment was mistakenly marked as DAP instead of DDP. Despite an initial email from the company telling me to ignore any FedEx invoices for customs duties, I've received three separate invoices since then. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, only to be met with vague assurances that the issue is being handled, while my recent messages have gone unanswered. Their customer service is nearly non-existent. Enjoy the art, but be prepared for a complete lack of support if anything goes wrong. Proceed with caution.
