I bought a stunning piece of wall art on 08/25/25 as a gift for my wife. The art is beautiful, and we genuinely love it, but the experience after the purchase has been a disaster. It's been nearly five months (today is 01/13/26), and a simple administrative mistake remains unresolved. My shipment was incorrectly labeled as DAP instead of DDP. After receiving an email from the company telling me to disregard any FedEx invoices for customs duties, I have now received three separate invoices. I've contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I receive empty promises that the issue is being addressed, yet my recent inquiries have been completely ignored. Their customer service is practically non-existent. Enjoy the art, but be ready for a complete lack of assistance if something goes wrong. Proceed with caution.

Firstly, the shipping took two weeks! It didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, which was disappointing for a gift. When it finally arrived, the artwork was clearly defective—poor print quality and the picture was in Black and BLUE?! The website states it should be in 'Black and White.' There was no mention of tinted glass! I have evidence of everything. It looks nothing like what was shown online. Customer service has not responded to multiple emails. This company feels like a scam. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will file a report if I don’t receive a response. They claim to offer 24/7 support—what a joke. They also promise a color guarantee—another false claim. I do not recommend!
The picture arrived in perfect condition and met all my expectations. I was surprised to learn it shipped from overseas; I may have missed that detail. This did incur a minor additional expense due to a currency exchange fee on my card.

Excellent customer service! My original order arrived cracked in shipping. The customer service team addressed it immediately and sent a replacement. The new piece had no issues; it was well-packaged and installed perfectly. The wall art itself is spectacular. It's easy to hang (with the hanging pieces already attached), looks crisp and vivid, and enhances any wall in the house. I’m so pleased with these prints that I’ve ordered three more and eagerly await their arrival to beautify my home!
