After receiving an email from the company telling me to disregard any FedEx invoices for customs duties, I have now received three separate invoices. I've contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I receive empty promises that the issue is being addressed, yet my recent inquiries have been completely ignored. Their customer service is practically non-existent. Enjoy the art, but be ready for a complete lack of assistance if something goes wrong. Proceed with caution.
