Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a sideboard on 13 Nov 2025. The B&Q website clearly stated it could be delivered by Christmas. Instead, I got a message from the third-party seller saying it would be delayed until late Jan / early Feb — and their idea of compensation was a measly £15 refund out of the £199 I paid!As if that wasn’t bad enough, on 14 Jan I received yet another message saying the delivery would be delayed again, this time with no actual estimated date at all. This is completely unacceptable — false advertising, poor communication, and terrible customer service. Do not order from this seller.
