Awful company, avoid unless you want to be ripped off. Item finally arrived after 6 weeks, damaged and not fit for purpose. I responded to an email I received wanting me to review on google reviews. I explained I was not happy to them, rather than going straight to putting a negative review online. What I got in return was a rude reponse, saying I should have noticed the defects when it was delivered (it was boxed up) and because it is assembled (it is a single shelf?) it cannot be returned. This is not in line with laws and selling regulations. They sell you a shoddy item and try and act above the law when you want to return it. A series of passive-aggressive emails followed, totally ruining my day. Shame on B&Q for allowing these cowboys to sell via your website.

Cheap product, poor quality and dismissive service

Ordered through B&Q and unfortunately this came from a third-party seller who should not be on their platform. The product quality is awful, very cheap materials, and a part broke during normal assembly, which should never happen with a properly made item. It does not match how it was presented online.When I contacted them, they refused a refund or return. The only “solution” offered was to send a replacement part — while acting like they were doing me a favour, and I’d have to wait another 3 weeks. That’s not a real resolution when the product itself is poor quality.Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. This seller reflects badly on B&Q. Avoid if you don’t want the hassle

Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

Terrible company, do NOT use,I ordered a TV media unit late December, now 8 plus week later it still has not arrived, when I call them to ask when i could expect it, they just say there are no deliveries in my area so they can not give me a date.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY What a shocking company to deal with, haven’t even received our bunk beds. No attempted deliveries, a text message at 5pm on a Friday stating they wanted to deliver at 6am the following day. Which we refused, they are now claiming we must pay them to deliver our items. Absolute crooks

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered a sideboard on 13 Nov 2025. The B&Q website clearly stated it could be delivered by Christmas. Instead, I got a message from the third-party seller saying it would be delayed until late Jan / early Feb — and their idea of compensation was a measly £15 refund out of the £199 I paid!As if that wasn’t bad enough, on 14 Jan I received yet another message saying the delivery would be delayed again, this time with no actual estimated date at all. This is completely unacceptable — false advertising, poor communication, and terrible customer service. Do not order from this seller.
