Purchased 2 x Prestigo units through b&q third party sellers. Arte-nDelivery, delay after delay after delay. Waited a total of 6 weeks for one of the purchased items.Assembly instructions very poor. Unit clearly has a design flaw, the unit doesn’t stand on its feet, unstable, unbalanced, the wood is bowed, sagging in the middle. Not fit for purpose whatsoever. Feel free to contact me, as I will be contacting b&q and possibly taking this further if they refuse to refund me. They are currently saying because the item has been assembled they are unable to refund. I am certain by the other reviews that this is an ongoing issue for others too.
