Unfortunately, our garden furniture was damaged by the delivery service. The representative quickly arranged for a replacement, but sadly, that one was also damaged. However, she was fantastic, contacting the delivery service, and a third item was delivered in perfect condition. This replacement arrived within a week of reporting the issue, just before Christmas!
