Unfortunately, our garden furniture was damaged during delivery. However, the representative quickly arranged for a replacement, which was also damaged. The support team member was exceptional; she coordinated with the delivery service, and a third item was delivered in excellent condition. This replacement arrived within a week of reporting the issue, just before Christmas!

CAUTION, while it appeared stunning upon arrival, we soon encountered problems with the zips breaking, and recently, just outside the short warranty period, the material has started to deteriorate despite being kept sheltered and covered during the winter months. This is not what I expect after spending a significant amount on a so-called ‘quality’ brand. It's disappointing, as it truly did look beautiful initially.

I interacted with the UK branch and a representative who was wonderful. I placed our order with her as we needed special delivery. She arranged everything. There was a minor hiccup with the delivery service, but she quickly resolved it. Very satisfied with the service and looking forward to enjoying the garden furniture.
Had no issues with ordering and was well informed about delivery times. The order arrived in two parts as we ordered Morine loungers and a protective cover. The cover arrived first via postal service. Loungers were delivered by a logistics company. I was concerned about the furniture as the box was damaged, but luckily, there was no damage to the large cushion. Overall, very satisfied with the product; easy to assemble and comfortable. My only complaint is the cost of the cover for the set; £100 seems excessive and detracts from an otherwise good experience.
