Misleading Stock Claims, Long Delays, and No AccountabilityI placed an order in *mid-March* based on the clear claim on their website that the products were *in stock*. Since then, I’ve been left waiting with *zero proactive updates*.After reaching out to them, I was told that the items would arrive in their warehouse by *April 28th* and be shipped immediately after. That date passed without action. I contacted them again *yesterday*, and was told my order was *still being processed*.At that point, I gave the company *24 hours* to either provide me with a *full refund* or a *track & trace code* proving the order had finally shipped. They did *neither*.This is not only *incredibly frustrating* but also *completely unprofessional*. If your items are not in stock, don’t advertise them as such. Customers should not be forced to chase you for weeks on end for something they’ve already paid for.I will not be purchasing here again, and I strongly caution others to think twice.
