Incorrect item sent ,poor customer service

Incorrect item sent and very poor return process. I ordered three items and one arrived incorrectly. Instead of arranging a simple prepaid return, I was expected to organise everything myself, including printing a label (which I do not have facilities for) and potentially paying for postage upfront and waiting for a refund.A UPS collection was arranged without even checking if I would be home, with a wide 9am–3pm window, which is unrealistic for most people who work or have commitments. When I raised concerns and asked for a QR code or a driver-provided label, the collection was simply cancelled without offering a proper solution.This has turned what should have been a simple mistake into unnecessary stress and wasted time. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer service and a smoother, more customer-friendly approach to correcting their own error.
