Incorrect item sent and very poor return process. I ordered three items and one arrived incorrectly.

Incorrect item sent and very poor return process. I ordered three items and one arrived incorrectly. Instead of arranging a simple prepaid return, I was expected to organise everything myself, including printing a label (which I do not have facilities for) and potentially paying for postage upfront and waiting for a refund.
A UPS collection was arranged without even checking if I would be home, with a wide 9am–3pm window, which is unrealistic for most people who work or have commitments. When I raised concerns and asked for a QR code or a driver-provided label, the collection was simply cancelled without offering a proper solution.
This has turned what should have been a simple mistake into unnecessary stress and wasted time. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer service and a smoother, more customer-friendly approach to correcting their own error.

I’ve purchased two products now the Mix…

I’ve purchased two products now the Mix and the Big Bang both spray nozzles broke within a couple uses. The product is decent if you get to use it more than a couple times but the packaging is worthless.

Online sales fraud

Online sales fraud! Bought 3 itens, never got any, wrote an email asking why the itens had not been sent, they claimed it was the wrong address ( It's a big company address with reception open from 7:30 to 20:00), asked if i still wanted the itens (already paid), I said Yes. Sent another invoice, now with only 2 itens...? Am I supposed to pay for those again???? I have all the docs to prove it.

Selling products made for humans which…

Selling products made for humans which have not been tested and safe for dogs. Item returned, but I had to pay for my own postage to return the item which they won't refund. I have also used their Matix spray and after one spray the nozzle blocks up. I was told by one of their representatives on their trade stand that it is a known problem and I should pierce the can to remove the product and dispense into a spray bottle.

Atrocious customer service!

Customer service is atrocious...from such a large company it is not acceptable!! For this reason I will not ever purchase from Artero ever again..

Customer Service ignored me

I ordered 3 cans of product totalling £51 and 2 of the cans were dented. As I have previously been sent dented cans and they stopped working 2/3 through, I contacted them and they very quickly sent 2replacement undented. I went to take off the lid of one and it seemed almost welded on. When I succeeded in removing it the plastic sprayer came with meaning I couldn’t use the product. I emailed them 3 times and they ghosted me even I after said I would operate charge back with my bank. If you see their Facebook reviews ignoring customers seems a common policy

Pet Pet Blower that stops working within a month

We bought a hulk pet dryer and it spoilt within a month. We brought it for repairs 3 times and was promised a replacement and then we got ghosted. They do not honor their word and provide the replacement.

Used item, full of hair

I bought a Spectra trimmer, and recived it used with a lot of hairs, dead battery, scratches. Really disappointed, their customer support closes at 5pm, no one you can reach after this time. On their Facebook page a lot of people complains about non existent customer support
