Online sales fraud! Bought 3 itens, never got any, wrote an email asking why the itens had not been sent, they claimed it was the wrong address ( It's a big company address with reception open from 7:30 to 20:00), asked if i still wanted the itens (already paid), I said Yes. Sent another invoice, now with only 2 itens...? Am I supposed to pay for those again???? I have all the docs to prove it.
