Customer Service ignored me

I ordered 3 cans of product totalling £51 and 2 of the cans were dented. As I have previously been sent dented cans and they stopped working 2/3 through, I contacted them and they very quickly sent 2replacement undented. I went to take off the lid of one and it seemed almost welded on. When I succeeded in removing it the plastic sprayer came with meaning I couldn’t use the product. I emailed them 3 times and they ghosted me even I after said I would operate charge back with my bank. If you see their Facebook reviews ignoring customers seems a common policy
