I ordered a cabinet, and while the item appeared fine, the overall experience was troubling. Upon unpacking the furniture, we found that the entire bottom of the box was covered in mold, indicating it had been there for some time. The exterior looked normal, so this was only noticeable after unpacking. Shipping a product in moldy packaging is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company's storage and quality control. Mold poses health risks, and no customer should receive items stored under such conditions. When I reached out to customer support, they downplayed the issue and only offered a return or replacement, neither of which addressed the root problem of unsafe storage. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Until the company takes mold contamination seriously, I cannot recommend them.
