Disappointing experience with a moldy cabinet

I ordered a cabinet from a seller, and while the item itself appeared fine, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Once we unpacked the furniture and started breaking down the packaging for disposal, we found that the entire bottom of the box was covered in mold that seemed to have been there for some time. The exterior looked normal, making this only noticeable after unpacking. Shipping a product in mold-infested packaging is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company's storage practices and quality control. Mold poses a health risk, and no customer should receive an item stored in such conditions. When I reached out to the support team, they downplayed the issue and only offered a return or a replacement. Neither option was reasonable: a replacement would likely come from the same contaminated warehouse, and returning the item would require me to handle the moldy packaging and waste additional time addressing a problem I didn't create. None of this resolved the underlying issue of unsafe storage. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Until the company addresses mold contamination and warehouse conditions more seriously, I cannot recommend purchasing from them. I wish I could share photos as I have documentation of the situation.

Disappointed with the Couch Durability

I purchased a leather couch two years ago, and the cushions have not held their shape, particularly the side pillows and armrests. One leg broke internally, and I had to modify it for reinforcement. Initially, the couch looked great, but it lacks durability, and I find myself having to fluff the cushions like bed pillows after just one use. One star—would not recommend.

Challenging Return Process for Stools

I ordered kitchen stools, and it took an excessive amount of time for them to arrive—almost two months. Upon assembly, which was difficult due to poor instructions and inadequate tools, I found one stool uncomfortable. We decided to return all of them, but the return process was a nightmare, taking weeks for pickup. Additionally, we were charged for the original shipping, despite the delays. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Beautiful Design but Lacks Comfort

The frame of the swivel chairs is attractive, but my overall experience was disappointing. The stools were left on my lawn in the rain during delivery, which was frustrating. The seating itself is surprisingly uncomfortable, not matching the positive reviews I had seen. The oak wood frame is solid, but the cushion lacks comfort and the low back offers inadequate support. The design is nice, but the discomfort makes these stools unusable for me, and I will likely return them.

Delivery Time is Extremely Long

I love the furniture itself, but I am frustrated with the lengthy wait to reach someone, the delay in receiving my order, and the lack of updates for the first month. It has been 3.5 weeks since my order, and I still have no updates. Given the cost, I expected a faster shipping process or at least some communication. This will be my last order for this reason—no one wants to wait months for furniture.

Pleasantly Surprised by Quality

I am genuinely surprised by the negative reviews. I have ordered several items, from barstools to beds, and all have been of high quality for the price. My wooden items, including beds and tables, are beautifully made and well-constructed. The delivery service has been excellent, and customer service promptly addressed a minor issue I had with a slightly damaged bed frame.

Cushion Quality Lacking

I received a sectional two months ago, and the cushion has already sagged and looks worn. I hardly use the sofa, and I'm only 110 lbs, so this wear is unexpected. High Prices for Poor Quality

I purchased a reclining lounge chair two and a half years ago. Initially, it was satisfactory, but recently the cushion began to sag, causing discomfort. Additionally, the reclining mechanism started making noises, and the upholstery got damaged. Despite minimal use, the quality has proven to be inadequate. Customer service informed me that I was beyond the warranty and suggested I hire a repair service. I cannot recommend this company based on their overpriced products and lack of support.
