I received a sectional two months ago, and the cushion has already sagged and looks worn. I hardly use the sofa, and I'm only 110 lbs, so this wear is unexpected. I contacted customer service, but all they offered was a video on fluffing the cushion, which is not a long-term fix. Their response was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this product due to poor quality and customer service.
