We have been happy with most furniture bought there. However, customer service and build quality a bad. We had a poor build quality issue with an expensive bed we bought, when I asked if a part could be replaced or if any help could be provided I was flatly turned down because the order was more than 12 months old. They could have chosen to help at minimum cost to them (small plastic part requested), but chose not too. Red flag in my book. A shame.
