I ordered a cabinet from a seller, and while the item itself appeared fine, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Once we unpacked the furniture and started breaking down the packaging for disposal, we found that the entire bottom of the box was covered in mold that seemed to have been there for some time. The exterior looked normal, making this only noticeable after unpacking. Shipping a product in mold-infested packaging is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company's storage practices and quality control. Mold poses a health risk, and no customer should receive an item stored in such conditions. When I reached out to the support team, they downplayed the issue and only offered a return or a replacement. Neither option was reasonable: a replacement would likely come from the same contaminated warehouse, and returning the item would require me to handle the moldy packaging and waste additional time addressing a problem I didn't create. None of this resolved the underlying issue of unsafe storage. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Until the company addresses mold contamination and warehouse conditions more seriously, I cannot recommend purchasing from them. I wish I could share photos as I have documentation of the situation.
