AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. I placed my order on December 3rd, and now it’s December 23rd with no tracking number, no updates, and absolutely NOTHING. I haven't received my $350 order, and despite sending over five emails, no one has reached out to me. This has ruined Christmas for me, as it was meant to be a special gift for my partner. I dedicated 30 hours creating this gift, only for this unreliable service to disappear. Do not trust this service; there’s no way to call or speak to a customer support representative.
