This was my first and final experience with this service. I placed this order solely because the website promised delivery by Christmas Eve if ordered before the deadline. That promise was the only reason I went ahead with the purchase. Had I known it would arrive after Christmas, I would never have ordered it. I reached out to customer support on 12/17 and 12/18 to verify the delivery timeline and received nothing more than brief responses assuring me the ETA was unchanged. On 12/22, after not receiving a tracking number, I was initially told my order would be expedited for timely delivery. Later that same day, I was informed it was delayed and had missed the last shipping pickup due to production issues. Despite being told the order was expedited, the delivery estimate changed from 12/24 to 12/29. A Christmas gift that arrives after Christmas is not a Christmas gift. My parents are leaving, and I won’t even be able to give them the present I specifically ordered for this occasion. Refunding shipping or offering a discount is pointless when the value of the purchase depended entirely on timely delivery. This feels like misleading advertising—promising holiday delivery, providing reassurance when questioned, then quietly missing the deadline and retracting it afterward. If you're ordering a time-sensitive or significant gift, do not rely on this service’s deadlines or customer service assurances. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful Christmas gift.
AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. I placed my order on December 3rd, and now it’s December 23rd with no tracking number, no updates, and absolutely NOTHING. I haven't received my $350 order, and despite sending over five emails, no one has reached out to me. This has ruined Christmas for me, as it was meant to be a special gift for my partner. I dedicated 30 hours creating this gift, only for this unreliable service to disappear. Do not trust this service; there’s no way to call or speak to a customer support representative.
It took me nearly two years to consider a wedding album, but the service made it incredibly easy. From sorting through my 600 pictures to the design and production, it was seamless. The representative was fantastic to work with and always responded promptly.
I’m still waiting on my wedding album, but I can’t express how wonderful it was to work with the representative in curating photos and designing the album! I felt overwhelmed by the process, but they were patient and helpful, providing advice and skillfully crafting a beautifully designed album. I’m thrilled with the outcome and will cherish it forever!
