I am experiencing significant complications with an order placed a couple months ago. It was for Halloween flowers, which were allegedly being delivered in by October 20. Sales has been replying to my emails only to my dismay. They keep telling me it will be here and when I go to track it according to their number I have no tracking info. they will not consent to a refund!!! I’m alerting the Better Business Bureau. Thank you.I have just read all the reviews and do not understand why they will not return customers money. This is illegal and emergent for them to comply!!!Sincerely,Lawsuit filed.
