I feel compelled to give this a low rating after browsing the website and noticing an overwhelming number of negative reviews compared to a few positives. I won't be placing an order here. It seems like reporting them to the appropriate authorities might be necessary. It's baffling how they can avoid shipping, refuse refunds, and ignore customer emails. I appreciate the honest feedback from others.
I have to give 1 star to write I just come here to checkout this website and I see a tremendous amount of negative reviews with very little positive so I will not order from this place. Maybe everyone should report them to the BBB. I don’t understand how they can get away with not shipping, no refunds or answering customer emails. Thank you to all for honest reviews.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!! they are clearly stealing all of our money. No one receives orders... I’m still waiting for mine and I’m come to the realization, I’m not gonna ever get it. I have reported them to the BBB. I also have connections with the FBI and I have submitted a request to have them investigated. Not long before they will be going to Jail eventually it will catch up to them, scam websites is a federal CRIME! Especially stealing money from all of us people who are ordering on this facetious site !! Buyers BEWARE!!!!
I am experiencing significant complications with an order placed a couple months ago. It was for Halloween flowers, which were allegedly being delivered in by October 20. Sales has been replying to my emails only to my dismay. They keep telling me it will be here and when I go to track it according to their number I have no tracking info. they will not consent to a refund!!! I’m alerting the Better Business Bureau. Thank you.I have just read all the reviews and do not understand why they will not return customers money. This is illegal and emergent for them to comply!!!Sincerely,Lawsuit filed.
I ordered these Real Feel roses in white on 9/23/25. I received them 10/15/25. So place your order with plenty of time to spare. They arrived 2 days before I needed them for a wedding. So I was nervous and bought other flowers as a back up. But it turns out the Real Feel Roses made it on time. I will return the back up roses I bought. With that said and crisis averted…. The Real Feel Roses are just BEAUTIFUL. You cannot tell they are fake, so they are well worth the money. I should also say that I did send a message that I was concerned about the flowers not being delivered in the time frame as described in the ad. They did respond so I guess that is good. But in the end, things worked out for me. Would I order again…. Yep but with plenty of time to spare.
I ordered flowers from Artificial Merch in early September. By mid October, I received no tracking information. I reached out to request tracking, and the email was returned as undeliverable. I reported the transaction to my credit card company, who refunded me. I reached out to artificial merch a second time, and this time it went through, advising that the package shipped. A month late, but ok. The package was to deliver today, however I received notification that they used fraudulent postage.
I love the flowers I ordered from Artificialmerch.com. They were the yellow Spring Vemicia Fordii Flower Branches. It did take longer to receive them than I expected, however, they were worth the wait. I have ordered some additional purple flowers. I'm sure they will be as beautiful.
I orderd artificial flowers in August for a September bridal shower that has since passed. The flowers never came, but they surely took my money. They have a posting on their site about being behind on orders due to staffing issues and ware house issues. That is not my problem. Do not take peoples money or orders if your business in not in order. You continue to take money and fail to deliver any product. You need to stop taking orders and get your act together. Several of us have filed complaints with the Attorney Generals office in the city where your products come in into the united states. If your warehouse in the USA is shut down, then you cannot function. But you are not going to be allowed to take money anymore from people and fail to send the merchandise. That is criminal and fraudulent. This company is Fraudulent. Order your flowers in the USA. You can get beautiful live ones from Sams club and Trader Joes. They are fresh , beautiful , affordable and they arrive within 2 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FOREIGN FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I am still trying to get my money back.
