For context, I live in Canada… the same country the company operates from. This is not an international logistics mystery.I’ve contacted Artiplanto twice for a clear update. I did receive replies—but both were identical, one-line, copy-and-paste responses that neatly avoided answering any of my actual questions.At this point, I’m cautiously optimistic the plant will eventually arrive and look passable. But let’s be honest—my expectations have dropped considerably. The experience so far doesn’t come close to their bold claims about customer satisfaction and timely shipping.Final verdict pending.Assuming the product ever shows up.
