I placed my order 8 weeks ago and have received no update since then. My emails have gone unanswered and the customer service phone number is never staffed. H have called multiple times and only receive an automated message to leave a voicemail. Multiple voicemails have gone unanswered. UPDATE: I only received a response from the company after posting this review. I was assured my order would arrive last week, which it did not.
