I received an arrangement (the arrangement was pretty) in a plant pot that was damaged (discolored area, and a cut in the side. I emailed customer service. They said I could keep it and get a new one for a discount. I said I didn’t want to keep the damaged one, I wanted a replacement. The email customer service rep stopped responding to me, even though I emailed her two more times. I then called customer service, and was told to leave a detailed voicemail. I did this and again never heard back. Worst customer service on a highly priced arrangement ever for me.
