I was sent a carrier with the waist strap attached the wrong way and having not even used the carrier the fabric already had pulls in it. I contacted customer service and was responded to by Stella who sent me a series of DIY videos to correct these issues - so I have a newborn, pay £400 for a carrier to make my life easier and now they want to give me DIY tasks?! Im returning the carrier needless to say but even the returns process is painful, you have to print a load of paperwork to include in the order and physically drop it off at fedex… the least they could do is offer a collection service.
