Weeks later, after multiple emails, they refuse to refund or replace my order, even though under EU law the seller is responsible until the item is actually delivered to the buyer.For a “luxury” brand, their customer service is shockingly bad. No accountability, no effort to help. I’m now filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting them to consumer authorities.If you’re considering buying from Artipoppe, think twice.
