I bought an artipoppe carrier second hand, so I have no experience with the company itself/their customer service etc. but what I can say is that their carriers are so over rated, and over priced. Everyone talks about them being so comfortable, soft, the best out there! I have been wearing mine for 2 weeks, and everyday I am a little bit sorer. This morning I looked in the shower to find my hip bones are bruised. I wear it the right way, I’ve watched videos on how to correctly wear a baby carrier, my baby is close enough to kiss - I’m doing it all right. But I’m sore, tender and bruised. I honestly feel like people must be having the same experiences as me but they put up with it for ‘looks’
