Edit: Because it was so difficult to return, I have decided to keep it and am really enjoying it. The strap seems to be more comfortable for me than my husband but generally we’re very happy. Artipoppe have very kind and professional customer service, particularly towards people like me who gave them a bit of a hard time. ** I wanted an Artipoppe sling because I believed it was the best and it might be. But straight after ordering, I realised that it’s an expense I can’t spare so I thought I’d get a different one second hand. It also took ages to get to me and I need one straight away. When I received it, I wasn’t best pleased with it anyway - it didn’t look like a £300 item. For something so expensive, I would expect a free return, as it is a consumer right to change my mind. But I used a link sent to me by Artipoppe for a “cheap” FedEx return of £18. I was sent 9 pages to print (not ideal for a mum with no printer who doesn’t go to work) and I have to go an hour away to a FedEx location. The saga continues… I regret buying it and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of in the very difficult early stages of motherhood.
