I recently had my roof refurbished by Artisan Coatings and Exteriors. The job involved pressure washing the roof, applying a fungicide to stop moss reappearing and finally applying a protective coating. I couldn't recommend Artisan more highly and I wish that all companies I dealt with showed the same ability, professionalism and desire to do a first class job. This was displayed from the first sales person I met, Alex, who explained the benefits of the treatment and the procedure involved, right through all contacts, including Mark who did the work brilliantly, to the post sales care and attention I received from Amy to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job. I was particularly impressed by Artisan sending out a health and safety expert to assess the job before any work began, showing a complete regard for their workforce.My roof now looks like new and neighbours have commented on how good it looks - all thanks to Artisan.
