Review Time
Time wasters - had a guy come and knock on my door. I don't usually answer but on this occasion I did. It was an opportune moment as we actually have been wanting quotes for the wall coverings they offer. I was told they like both homeowners to be home for the quote, but as my husband works long hours this isn't possible, and I only wanted a quote which I spoke to them again about and booked an appointment. They should have come at 2pm and 20 mins later, no sign, so I call to be told they won't come to give us a quote as husband isn't here. I got no phone call to inform me of this, just sat waiting. I have never heard anything like it either. We want a price, not to sign right now for the work. Poor business!!!

Very professional company to deal with from start to finish. We had our roof cleaned and treated by two young people Jade and Chez. Jade is an exceptional young lady who takes pride in her work and is very knowledgeable and confident in the work she does. Chez, under Jade's guidance did a brilliant job of cleaning up during and after the work was completed. Both Jade and Chez have got an excellent attitude to their work.
I would certainly recommend Artisan. We had a flat roof replaced by Justin and Emily. We also had the ceiling replaced with cladding recommended by Justin. The work was carried out brilliantly despite the wet weather. Justin went over and above to complete the work without too much disruption. Ensure you have a cream cake ready for when Ollie is round. The sun lounge is now so much warmer and comfortable. Extremely pleasant workers.
Our roof after 40 years was looking a little worse for wear and covered in moss. Artisan quoted us to pressure wash, repair, renovate and seal the roof at an acceptable price. They kept us well informed of the dates they were coming and what procedures they would do on the day. A special thanks to Jade who was very knowledgeable in what needed doing and was the constant contact in the procedure. Ollie, one of the directors, came to help Jade on the final day of spraying. It's good to see a company where the directors are prepared to go "hands on " to get jobs completed.
I had to have my entire roof replaced as it was leaking. Artisan provided an excellent, professional and thorough service in undertaking the work, even though the weather made it a very difficult task. I was kept informed of what was needed at all stages and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and the costs. They were always very prompt in replying, had excellent communication with me otherwise and were always friendly and cheerful. The work carried out is of an excellent standard. I would thoroughly recommend them.
We have used Artisan for 3 jobs now, new driveway at front, resealing the tiles at back & now they have just finished doing the fascia & soffits on our bungalow & replacing our flat roof. They are very professional, hard working & friendly, especially Justin & Andy who have been working on our roof. They went out of there way to do all the little things to complete the job including fitting a water butt for us & advising & guiding us through the whole process. The job was hindered with bad weather but they carried on & it looks amazing. We are having them back next year to do the old roof on the bungalow. I highly recommend them
