After an thorough and speedy emergency repair on our roof last year, we were able to get Artisan to sort our render, windows and associated plasterwork this summer. We immediately encountered a problem with degraded lintels - but the guys sorted it safely in a matter of days (working miracles!), then got to work as planned. While this had delayed the schedule, every day of work seemed to accomplish so much. We're now set for winter with beautiful new render, windows, doors and a shiny gate.
