I recently had a very polite man do a cold call to see whether I would be in interested in the products from Aritsan. I agreed to a visit from a surveyor (Lee) and he came over at the agreed time today. The products weren't actually suitable at this time for my property but what a pleasure to have somebody who took time to talk me through what I did actually need to resolve my issues even though it wasn't something they could help with. Lee was courteous and really helpful. It seems there are companies out there who have good values and a good ethos rather than just ripping people off. Would definitely trust this company from the experience I had with them (albeit they didn't actually do the work).
