We had the annex of our Victorian property re-rendered by Artisan after the old render had started to fail. With the project now completed I am very happy to recommend Artisan for such a job. The finished job looks superb and was completed carefully and competently but I think what separates Artisan from the competition is the level of customer service they provide from start to finish.Anyone who has ever had work done on their property will recognise the phenomenon of being unable to get hold of the company rep after signing a contract but this was not the case with Artisan. Whether it was Alex or Rob or the office my calls were always answered promptly and politely. We made a few changes along the way with our project and Artisan were really good at accommodating these and giving their expert advice.Will use these guys again when we have a project that falls under their scope.
